Kirsti graduated from Dartmouth College in 1988 and received an MBA from Babson’s Olin School of Business in 2001. Kirsti joined IPG in 2004, and in 2007 obtained her Certified Employee Benefits Specialist (CEBS) Designation through a joint program between the IFEBP and the Wharton School of Business of the University of Pennsylvania. Prior to joining IPG, Kirsti had over 13 years of corporate executive experience in which she was responsible for managing and growing businesses ranging from $20 Million annual revenue to $400 Million annual revenue. She brought to IPG the ability to help employer groups improve their benefit communications to employees, and to analyze all aspects of their benefits programs with a focus on long range planning.
Kirsti, along with her partner Marsha Dixon, are the lead consultant/brokers to over 45 of IPG’s clients, including human service agencies, corporations, municipalities, school districts, and associations. Kirsti has overseen the development and growth of IPG’s Amherst office, which has led the expansion of IPG’s business throughout New Hampshire and Southern Maine. She was instrumental in the addition of an ERISA attorney on retainer for IPG to ensure that compliance issues are addressed for IPG’s employer groups. For the past 6 years Kirsti has served on the Advisory Board of Anthem Blue Cross, Blue Shield of New Hampshire.
