A graduate of Dartmouth College, John returned to New Hampshire in 1995, joining IPG in January of 1996. He developed, and now markets and manages, IPG’s Flexible Benefit Services division, is responsible for the firm’s Government Mandate Compliance work, and is a licensed Life, Accident, and Health producer with his own client base.
An active member of the Employer’s Council on Flexible Compensation and the International Foundation of Employee Benefit Plans, John earned his Certified Employee Benefits Specialist (CEBS) designation in 1999. He maintains memberships in the International Society of Certified Employee Benefits Specialists, its Greater Boston Chapter, and the Society for Human Resource Management.
Outside of work, John serves as the Chairman of the Board for both the Monadnock Waldorf School and the Trustees of Trust Funds for the City of Keene. He is also on the Board of Directors of The Colonial Theatre, the Program Committee for Leadership New Hampshire, and has recently been appointed to the Monadnock Region Board of Advisors for the New Hampshire Charitable Foundation where he also serves on their statewide Fiscal Policy Committee. Avid bicyclists, hikers, and nature lovers, John and his family cannot imagine living anywhere other than the Granite State.
